Our friendly front office staff; are happy to help answer your questions and schedule appointments. Ill visits can usually be made on a same day basis. When you check-in be sure to tell the front office staff if your child is ill so that they can direct you to the sick waiting room. We encourage you to call ahead for an appointment. Well- child physicals and re-checks should be set up at least one week in advance. We answer our phones “live” from 8:30AM -12PM and from 2PM - 5PM Monday-Friday and from 8:30AM - 12PM on Saturdays
Please note: Walk-ins will be charged an additional fee. We understand that things come up quickly in today’s hectic lifestyles, if you need to cancel an appointment, give us a few days notice. A $50 cancellation fee will apply to all physicals not canceled at least 24 hrs in advance.

Our nurses work hard to make you feel at home and well cared for. Whether they are taking your measurements, drawing your blood or giving a vaccination they always attempt to make our patients feel as comfortable as possible. Feel free to ask for your doctor's nurse by name when you call in so that your messages can be answered by the person who works most closely with your family and your physician.

Donna Raskin, our Office Manager, is here to assist you in any way she can. Donna will be happy to answer your questions. She can also help you with any questions or concerns you may have about billing, payments or practice operations.

| The Doctors |

We encourage you to choose one of our four doctors to be your primary physician so that he or she will be familiar with you and your child when you come in. In the event that your doctor is not available, please feel free to see one of our other three physicians. All of our doctors are board certified in their specialty. At Oak Tree Pediatrics and More there is always a physician on-call 24/7 in case of an emergency.
